      “Locati & Partners” law firm was established in Monza in 1990 and is based on the legal experience of the founder, Marco Locati.

 

       The belief of the law firm is that synergy between specific skills is the best answer to fast changing society, economy and law.

 

      Specific skills of our law firm habe devoloped and have diversified within different areas of civil and commercial lae through contribution and professional growth of all its members.

 

     The expertise of our law firm, which has to do both with judicial and out of court activities, is based mostly on civil law and particular analysis is given to commercial and corporate law, banking law, bankruptcy law, insurance law, company agreements and real estate (advisory, due diligence, valuation asset, property and facility management.)

 

    Another specific area of expertise is liability in particular regarding directors and auditors of societies as well as liability of companies (banks and insurance companies).

 

       We give assistance and legal advice mainly to the major commercial companies, which work in different areas and sectors. For example, we have to do with public utility and health services; leasing; franchising; real estate; telecommunications and energy; financial, banking, insurance and transport markets.

 

        Moreover our association is often involved in arranging and carrying out commercial settlements between italian and foreign companies besides conductiong customary informal and administrative arbitrations.

Admitted to the Italian Rolls since 1990 and to the Supreme Court Bar since 2004.

 

Councilor of the Bar Association of Monza from 2002 to 2004.
